Atom Aviation bags national contract from BHEL :
The Delhi-based MSME and Startup company, Atom Aviation has recently bagged a multi-million contract from BHEL ( Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited ). Under this contract, Atom Aviation will be doing Aerial Mapping of all the BHEL properties across India. Atom’s Drone verticals i.e. Atom Drones will be conducting the survey across the country. The tender has strict deadlines which Atom will be delivering on time.
Under the guidelines of the Ministry, BHEL arranged an online reverse auction. In this reverse bidding, 7 companies participated and Atom Aviation emerged as the lowest bidder. The properties of BHEL are located all over the country:
- Delhi
- Punjab
- Chandigarh
- Lucknow
- Patna
- Varanasi
- Trichy
- Mumbai
- Chennai
- Haridwar
- Bhopal
- Jhansi
- Nagpur
- and many other cities across the country.
The Govt of India is digitizing all the properties of various PSUs for maintaining a proper database and it will help in the privatization of PSUs. There are so many locations that are coming in the no-fly zone for which BHEL is taking special permission from DGCA and various other bodies for smooth coordination.
