The pilot salaries in India are pretty good. Just after basic CPL, there are chances of getting a job. During the training phase, Airlines give a stipend of Rs 40,000 up to 1 Lakhs. After training pilot salaries vary between Rs 2.2 Lakhs up to 3.75 Lakhs per month. Once you become Captain, the salary ranges between Rs 6.5 Lakhs- Rs 7.5 Lakhs per month.
